Terms of Service

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Employer accounts require approval by the Hunt Sponsor team before accessing full employer features. We reserve the right to decline or revoke employer status at our discretion.

You may not create accounts for others, impersonate any person, or use a false identity.

Full access to job listings and the ability to apply requires an active paid subscription. Free accounts may browse job previews but cannot access full job details or apply.

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) differ in monthly application limits and feature access as described on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Subscription dashboard.

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by law.

Monthly application counters reset at the start of each calendar month.

Employers may post jobs using Standard Listing credits, Featured Listing credits, or an Employer Pro subscription.

Standard Listing credits allow one job post for 30 days. Featured Listing credits provide premium placement in search results.

Employer Pro subscriptions allow unlimited postings (up to 10 active jobs simultaneously) and access to the candidate database.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed by a posted job.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the selected plan or credits.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

In the event of a failed payment, your subscription or access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to submit applications or create accounts

You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, profile information, job descriptions). By submitting content, you grant Hunt Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

All platform software, design, branding, and proprietary content is owned by Hunt Sponsor and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, current, or will result in employment. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or candidates on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunt Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
